I just received this item and only took half the recommended dosage and boy am I glad I made the decision not to take 2 pills at once. I love spicy food, but this pill burned going down and is continuing to cause a burning sensation. My esophagus is not happy with me and I hope I haven't done any damage. I also started noticing that my breath smelled strongly of garlic shortly after taking the pill. I chose this product after looking at reviews for other cayenne supplements because it sounded like a milder product, but unfortunately it isn't mild enough.

I will use this product in lieu of taking separate cayenne pepper pills and garlic tablets. I am glad to get them into one pill.

I use this product for energy. I use it twice a week.I only take one capsulse.

I'm on my second bottle now. Cayenne is proven safe and effective and boosting metabolism. I've had no side effects and the capsules are easy to take. I can not eat spicy foods so this is the best solution.
Weather or not it aids in weight loss remains to be seen, only because I have not been 'walking' as I used to in the warmer weather. Nothing repalces the need for some form of exercise.

I like this product a lot. At first, I did notice a slight warmth from the cayenne, not necessarily a painful burning, but still a side affect that takes some getting used to. This did not dissuade me from continuing to take it, and I am no longer bothered by this.
