After taking a popular weight loss supplement that drained all the nutrients from my body, I suddenly noticed an increase in my mild depression. I recalled hearing about St. John's Wort and, thankfully, decided to try Perika to improve my mood and anxiety -- before going back to the doctor for Prozac. Perika really works! It took about two weeks before I began to notice the shift in my moods and a real return to well-being. But once I did, I was amazed and I know it was the Perika at work. if you follow the directions, stay with it, you might find like I did that this product works as well as a prescription antidepressant.

I've never experienced GI symptoms from this formulation. After a few days, I truly did feel better. Different. Lighter. Not euphoria, just a balanced sense of being. There are lower-cost SJW formulas available, but I'm glad I found Perika. It's worth it. I take 3 a day, all at once. Works for me.

As a former Zoloft user, I was not expecting an over the counter supplement to work for my moderate depression. I really wanted to try every other option before going back on the medication, and had heard good things about St John's Wort, particularly this brand, and am thrilled to say that it works and works well. After a few weeks on it, I'm feeling as good as I did on Zoloft! YAY!

I have suffered from mild Depression and anxiety on and off for years. I have been on several prescription meds that I couldn't tolerate. During my last depressed episode I knew I needed something. I was extremely moody, sensitive, worrisome,stressed, and couldn't get my thoughts organized. After researching, I decided to try Perika. I have been taking it for just over 2 wks and can tell a change in attitude already. I'm not nearly as moody and uptight. I actually feel like a fun person again. I don't feel 100%, but definately much better than I did. I will continue to take this and feel the great benefits.

I have used other brands of St. John's Wort. This has been the best brand so far. I noticed improvement after a week or so. I have a weak stomach but the coated pill didn't make me sick even taking it without food.

I've found this product to be consistently effective in stopping my anxiety attacks and 'gloom and doom' feelings. I have not noticed any negative effects, but I must add that I take no prescription drugs. (one must heed the drug interaction cautions) Over several years, I have gotten good and consistent results from Perika, much more consistent and effective than other brands of St. John's Wort.

I've been using Perika for a few weeks and it's working GREAT, you can feel the effects even after a few days , it helped me to feel better and more self secure , you don't need prescriptions drugs to help you with mild to moderate depression, this is a natural product with almost no side effects. I say almost because they say it can make you a bit more sensitive to uv rays, but i just stop using it when i go to the beach. I get tanned with no problems at all. Don't waste your time trying cheap brands of St. john's wort. Perika is the real thing and it's the better way to go for sure . I was really skeptical, but now i know it works and it's a very simple solution to a very complex problem.
