I like this product. I have only used it for a week but my face is much better. I have horrible adult cystic acne and this product in addition to my Obagi Clenziderm have helped a great deal.

This is a little bit disappointing. My skin tone has improved but it didnt stop any break outs.

Love this product! Im three weeks in and can already see results. This product keeps acne at bay. Not so sure about the anti wrinkle part- as this was not my main concern. But I am looking forward to seeing how effective this cream is at both of its promises as I am approaching 30. The retinol in this product is so important- usually found in much more expensive products. A keeper!

I have only been using this for one week and I can already see results. My skin is smoother and the little pimples are gone. It's so lightweight that I can layer it with other products. I think it's great and I worked in high end cosmetics retail for 10 years!

I use this product for maintaining the clarity of my skin; it fades old scars and reduces acne. I have been using it from the age of 24 and that may be why I am yet to notice fine lines as many others my age (29) are beginning to.

This product is great. I am in my early 30s and with slight blemish issues mainly on my chin and slight beginnings of fine lines. Everything I have tried from the dermatologist is too harsh for me, but this is perfect. So if you have slight wrinkle/blemish issues, and skin on the sensitive side this is the product for you. Keep in mind retinol degrades after a month or two so using a small amount and making this last for a long time will mean that it won't work as well eventually.

This product is average. I've been using it since August and I can't say that my skin is better or worse. The tube is small, but you only have to use a pearl sized amount so it lasts long. I will buy again because it's hard to find a face lotion like this for acne that includes Retinol.

I have been using this treatment cream along with the cleanser for two weeks and like the results. I've used a lot of different products over the years, and with my dry, sensitive skin, I was nervous about trying something new; but the old scrub and salicylic acid things weren't working well anymore and this is a brand to trust, since my dermatologist has recommended Neutrogena. When the Neutrogena combination has dried my skin just a bit too much, I've used Cetaphil lotion soap after the cleanser and Alba's Aloe & Green Tea oil-free moisturizer in a second layer over this product. Does the trick. Clearer, smoother skin, not harsh, and my boyfriend likes the smell.

This is a GREAT product. I have tried lots of other more expensive products and always come back to this one because it visibly improves my skin. I have extremely oily, acne prone skin and am also prone to blotchy coloring. The combination of retinol and salicylic acid in this product keeps my skin clear, and makes it look fresher and firmer. I also use a scrub (Clinique) in the morning so between the two that's a lot of exfoliation, but it works for me! The version with SPF is greasier so use the non-SPF version if you're oily.

I do like this product, I like most of what I try by Nutrogena. I have developed problem skin (mid- thirties), and wanted a product that would do double duty, wrinkles and acne. While this was great with fine lines, it actually has been causing acne. Not good for a product I had intended to replace the anti-acne layer in my regime. I will continue to use this for its effect on fine lines, in conjuntion with my anti-acne lotion. Not such a bargain for me. Hence 3 stars. May not purchase again.
