This product WORKS!!! It saved my training program for the Chicago Marathon. I ran 14 miles and my knees were literally killing me. I read up on different types of knee injuries and what you can do about it. I bought the knee strap and ran 20 miles last Saturday. There was little discomfort in my knee. I was able to finish the 20 miles and the recovery is going really well. I would recommend wearing the strap for few days. Walk around with it and get used to it. I am planning to run with this on Oct. 9th for the marathon. I seriously doubted the product completely, but the freaking thing works. VERY HAPPY about it!!

I've been faithfully using the Futuro Sport knee straps pictured above for quite a while now: over four years. The product shipped to me is not the one pictured! It is the new, redesigned version. The new design corrects two of the faults of the original: 1) the fabric covering always peeled off the support pad after half a dozen washings 2) the inner (black) and outer (blue) layers of material would separate after a couple of months of regular weekly machine washing. The new design is made of entirely different materials, similar to that used in Mueller products, that are thinner and not as comfortable for extended wear. All the edges of the new version are stitched to prevent any seperation so they are more durable. Unfortunately, they made the support pad of the new design into thinner 2" x 1" hourglass shape instead of the former 3" x 1/2" tube shape. This both reduces the support the pressure pad provides to the kneecap, and makes the product less useful as knee protection if you need to regularly kneel on floors at work.

I thought this was going to be uncomfortable but it really wasn't. I like this much better than the knee brace that covers your whole knee. Less sweat and easy to clean.

Works very well as a knee support. Also makes a pretty decent kneepad, if you have to kneel on hard floors a lot at work (like I do). Which is surprising given it's small size. I have two of them, and they have survived at least a dozen launderings in good condition. I just throw them in the wash with my jeans.

I wear the strap to give support to my knee and to prevent pain and soreness. This goal was accomplished. I reccomend this for a temporary relief of knee injuries .

I tried this to support my knees because of Baker's cysts caused by arthritis. I don't wear it during an active flare-up, ie. lots of swelling, but it works great at preventing swelling. I can now walk and exercise without ending up with swollen knees the next day.

I use the product when I bowl, which is daily... I also use it when I officiate football and softball... It really does take pressure off the patella tendon... I "highly" recommend this product...

The knee strap will make a big difference ASSUMING that your pain is actually tendon related. I wore it for a week straight, and now only wear it when walking substantial distances, or for exercises requiring knee bends.

This product worked well the first two times, but after that the strap becomes unglued and will lose support. From my experience, save your money for a better product.
To Wear: wrap strap just below knee, with Pressure Pad directly under kneecap, against skin. Loop strap through buckle and adhere fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable. Do Not constrict blood flow.
Care: Close strap fastener before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water; rinse well; air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softener.
