I love this shampoo, and I am very picky about my products. The smell is very therapeutic and it leaves my hair soft and shiny.

This is actually one of my favorite shampoos so I want to speak for it after seeing those bad reviews. I am not a specialist, but I like the smell and the feeling is clean and good.

I am not pleased with the conditioning properties of the Miss Treated shampoo and matching conditioner. I thought the products might help my straight, dry, chemically treated hair. Instead, they left my locks frizzy and unmanageable. I couldn't get a wide-toothed comb through my hair without dozens of hairs breaking! I'm usually a Kiss My Face fan, but I guarantee I won't waste my money on this shampoo again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I use this with the Conditioned Response Conditioner. I'm not crazy about the smell (it's a natural, woodsy type smell), but it does make my hair soft and shiny. As with the conditioner, I would have given this 5 stars, but the price is a little high.

I wasn't pleased with this shampoo. The fragrance is not a pleasant one - it smells medicinal and synthetic, in my opinion. Also, it did not moisturize my hair well at all, even when I used the matching conditioner. It left my hair dry, tangled and impossible to comb out.
