This product does a good job of cleaning my hair. What I like best about it is the fact that it is a "non-toxic"shampoo.

Wanted to like this product as I was looking for a more natural alternative, but I won't be buying again. Scent while using is a nice herbal lavender, but no scent left in your hair post-shampoo. Product is somewhat thin, so I had to use more than typical to get adequate lather (or wash twice). Biggest issue was that product left my hair feeling stripped of moisture and very hard to comb through even when using all my other standard hair care products. The only difference was this shampoo. My hair is mid-back length, wavy, but usually easy to comb. Hair felt clean after use, and didn't continue to tangle after the initial comb through, but I worry about long term effects. Also found the flip top dispenser very stiff and hard to manipulate with wet hands in the shower.

I used to LOVE this shampoo. It smelled great and kept my hair healthy and shiny. But since they changed the formula recently, it makes my hair an absolute tangled MESS. My hair is thick and wavy, but I've never ever had the problems with tangles that I had after using the new version of this shampoo. And it made my hair feel disgusting, like straw. Maybe this would be okay for thinner, straighter hair, but I would beware. I can't even finish the bottle; I finally broke down and ordered a more expensive salon brand of shampoo and conditioner (one that is actually paraben and sulfate free, unlike this new formula from Kiss My Face). Disappointed!!!!

I discovered KMF Big Body Shampoo original formula about 3 yrs ago and loved it immediately. I have baby fine hair that can be worn curly or straight. it tends to respond badly to even most salon formula shampoos so you can imagine how excited I was to discover Big Body. It got my hair clean, great volume and I really didn't have to condition too often. I considered it the 'perfect shampoo' for my hair type. Then I discovered that Kiss My Face decided to put argan oil in their formula. Attempting to keep an open mind, I tried their new formula and after two washings, my head looked like I'd washed it in motor oil. I have read a number of other reviews from people with a similar experience. But rather than give up and go on another 40 yr pursuit for the next 'perfect shampoo', I have written a letter to Kiss My Face executive team (names and company address easily obtained via google). They need to know that they had a great thing going and blew it.! Best regards.

Switched to this shampoo during my pregnancy to go a bit more natural and avoid laureth sulfate, etc. It does the job and smells pretty good, but I won't be switching over permanently. I recommend it for other pregnant ladies.

I love the Kiss My Face brand and have been using their products since the early 90s. I love the smell of this shampoo, however, I like to wash my hair every 2-3 days but with this, I need to do it every day. My hair just doesn't stay clean long. It's great right after but the next day, it looks and feels dirty even if I don't do anything but sit around the house. I won't buy this again unless they somehow improve it.

I am trying to switch all of my cleaning and personal care products to natural choices to reduce the amount of chemicals to which I am exposed in my typical day. I chose the Kiss My Face shampoo because I have their lavender lotion and love it. It works well on my hair. The only things that make it not "perfect"-traditional shampoo leaves a distinct good smell behind, and this shampoo's smell is so subtle that it's almost undetectable (that might definitely be a pro for others), and lathering is minimal, so much so that I find it a little difficult to distribute the product through my hair. If that is the price I pay for a more natural product, though, it is a small price.

I love this product because I know the ingredients aren't harsh. If you like a shampoo that cleans, lathers, isn't harsh, then you'll love this. I'd like to see this product have more fragrance than it does. It has a very faint clean aroma, other than that, overall it's a really good shampoo.
