Smells nice, gentle, rinses off easily.

I was browsing drugstore.com and ran into this dog shampoo. I never heard of Cloud Star before. I was sold by the product image so I decided to look up the company. I like that the product is all natural so I decided to order it. I've tried a lot of different dog shampoos and this one has to be one of the best. It smells nothing like lavender and mint but the scent is very clean and refreshing. Just a little gives a lot of lather. It makes bathing your dog a much better experience. My dogs and I look forward (maybe me more than my dogs) to try out the other fragrances.

My lab mix has dry, sensitive skin, and I've tried just about every shampoo out there. This is by far the best shampoo I've ever used! It cleans well without having to use a lot, rinses out easily and leaves the most amazing fresh clean scent that lasts for far longer than anything else I've tried. With other shampoos, his skin is dry and flaky within a few hours of his bath, but not with this! Even better, he smells so good, I can't stop kissing and hugging him! He prances around after his bath b/c he knows how good he looks and smells!

I really like this shampoo. I got it for my dog, because I'm getting into natural stuff, and I thought I'd like the sent. It was really calming. My dog has VERY sensitive skin. When we first got her we were using just a regular shampoo and her ears were scabbed and so disgusting from scratching. They were literally open sores all the time. We switched to a different shampoo which worked but it didn't really smell that good. I bought this figuring I'd try it and if it didn't work, I'd go back to the other one. This one has exceeded expectations though. She had no reaction at all, which is REALLY surprising for me. It smelled good, and it was really slippery and VERY soft out of the bottle. It didn't get her much more softer than normal but it's still worth it to me, because it's smell better and it's more natural then what I was using. Maybe if I use more it'll make her softer. I didn't want to use too much because it isn't too big of a bottle, but I'm still going to regularly buy it. Hope this helps!

We've always had a dog since I was 3 (now in my thirties), so I have used many a dog shampoo. I currently have a 4 month old Maltipoo and this stuff works well on his thick, fluffy/semi-curly coat. This is the first long haired pet I've had in almost a decade, so I was a little out of practice on cleaning long-hair, but his coat turned out beautiful after the first bath with Buddy Wash. Not only that, I noticed earlier on that he had hot spots which he would scratch at quite often. Since one bath with this shampoo, no more hot spots or scratching. After bathing my pet, I like to use a mixture of neem and coconut oils as a natural flea/tick guard (I am so anti-chemicals) and neem oil tends to have a very "overpowering" scent. I let his coat dry naturally, then spray on the leave-in conditioner, brush and voila - no more stinky neem scent! Recently, I had to save my neighbor's poor pet from a serious case of neglect - a shih tzu with an EXTREMELY matted coat. I washed him with this shampoo first, then cut off the excess hair then washed him again. He was so grateful that he couldn't stop licking my face! Seriously, this shampoo cleaned him well, detangled quite a bit and left him smelling angelic! This one had hot spots, too, that were scratched on the regular. Again, no scratching since the bath with this product. My neighbor hasn't even put his dog out of the house since his bath! This shampoo is great - every pet owner should use it.

my dog sadie would scratch for days after a bath even with head and shoulders !! , she scratches 80 % less now!! this is a winner for us, she smells good too !!

I love the Buddy Wash. It made my dogs coat clean, fluffy, and soft. The lavender and mint combination left a pretty scent and didn't seem to irritate the dogs at all.

I have tried many of the dog shampoos out there and this is my favorite and only one I use on my dog! I also buy the conditioner and it makes the coat really soft and easy to brush! Keeps dog smelling clean longer even if they get a liitle wet when they go outside! Does not make him itch, or me as I have very sentitie skin and some of the other products gave me a rash just washing the dog! So it is gentle and effective! Love that it is natural as I am also the green type and avoild chemicals! I have recommended this to all my pet owning friends and hope you give it a try!

My teen daughter used it as I watched. She could have used more to produce suds but she is a novice with this so I gave her a chance to deal with the product without a lot of coaching. The dog's hair felt really good and the dog's "perfume" was much improved. I would definitely use more next time, but not alot more. Good stuff! There is definitely a difference between using this and other products.

We bathe our 2 golden retrievers and 1 elderly bagel-boy once a month. When I wash the goldens I took a hint from the dog wash shop and stir a glug of shampoo into a water filled watering can. It helps spread any shampoo more evenly through their long coat. The conditioner is a great finish - and leaves their coat silky. Our bagel-boy has the typical oily hound coat and this shampoo gets him clean and fresh.
