I have a Maltese, and started grooming her at home. She is brushed daily, so we don't have a problem with matting. I wanted to finish her baths with a creme rinse to make for a smoother clipping process, but found absolutely no difference in her coat after using this product. I bought the shampoo as well, and it's okay - not any worse or better than other products I've used. My favorite to date - EarthBath.

This is the greatest dog rinse I have come across. It doesn't irritate eyes and gives off a pleasing scent for days.

I almost always follow Buddy Wash with Buddy Rinse to keep my Chinese Crested's coat from matting. It is a bit hard to rinse out, and if there is any residue it stiffens the hair until it is brushed, but it is well worth the extra rinses.

I use this rinse with the Buddy Wash. Although it doesn't have the medicinal smell that lavendar usually has, this smells terrific. We've never had a skin irritation or allergic reaction, and it leaves our large-breed dogs smelling yummy and feeling soft. My dogs are longer-haired, and we use this about once a month,. Their fur will stay soft for about 3 weeks. This stuff is the best!

I have an allergy to chemical fragrances and sulphates in shampoos and conditioners. In my search for an itch-free shampoo I found Buddy Wash & Buddy Rinse, and love them! Even though they are made for dogs, they work great on humans, and they're a lot less expensive than made-for-human soap-free / sulphate-free products. I also use them on my dog, they work and smell fantastic.

I've never used conditioner on a dog before, and didn't think I'd need one with my short hair lab mix, but decided to try it after reading these reviews. So glad I did! It leaves his coarse, dry coat so soft and silky for a long time. The smell is amazing, definitely not overpowering, but very long lasting. The only cons are that my dog doesn't like baths, so neither of us are not crazy about two separate steps and if you don't rinse really well, it can leave greasy patches (but they can be eliminated with a wet cloth).
