I have used many high end brand cleansers. Ponds has them all beat. It removes all make up, including eye makeup perfectly. There is no stinging or burning. I have sensitive skin. It cleans ALL the makeup off with the greatest of ease. The price cannot be beat for such a great product.

I am a rare case as I have psoriasis on my face. I initially bought this cream to have something that is quick, easy and effective to remove makeup. Because I have such sensitive skin and must be careful with what I put on my face - I take caution with all skin conditioners, especially soap, which now are organic with some charcoal sulfers, etc. I used Pond's on my entire face realizing that it was a risk - my skin has never looked so good! I am 32, with clear skin despite my reddening at times dry blotches on face - this cream has completely smoothed everything and brought this healthy vibrance that is addicting for me. To find something so revitalizing in my case is a literal godsend ~ my date honestly caressed my face observing the visual softness of it!

This takes off the heaviest of makeup. I have used it for 35 years. My mom used it. It is so gentle and good for your skin. The best cold cream in existence.

I thought I'd try this product out after scanning through the rave reviews but I was totally disappointed. It is so greasy and it does not remove my make up. It also irritates my skin. Even after washing my face several times, I still find my face oily and greasy. I have sensitive combination skin and live in a place where the weather is humid all year round so I guess the climate only worsened it.

I love this product! I am 33 and have been using this product for about 3-4 years. Saw a newswoman on television raving about it and gave it a try! Pond's Dry Skin Cream made me breakout bigtime, but this one is fantastic! Use at night to layer over moisturizer or use it to cleanse your face. I use a toner after washing with this as I tend to breakout if I have any dry skin not exfoliated. I use it again in my eye area over cream to hydrate as I sleep. I also found it helpful when I do have a breakout by layering this cream over some benzoyl peroxide. Something about it helps really lock the medication in and not be over-drying to my delicate skin. Buy it, try it, love it!!!

nothing removes make up better than this cold cream. I use it to remove my face and eye make up at night. Some people hate the smell, but I love it! I just hope they don't stop making it. This is the one product that I will keep buying.

I've been using Pond's cold cream for about 20 years. When I was younger, I used it in conjunction with an astringent because I was prone to break-outs in my 20's. Now I use it by itself, to softly and gently clean away make-up. It leaves my skin so soft and silky. I usually wipe it off with tissue, but sometimes if I want deeper cleaning, I use a warm washcloth and I have the cleanest softest skin. This product is still popular because it WORKS and they haven't messed with it. There will always be a jar in my medicine cabinet.

I love this cream and am happy and amazed that it's still around, considering all the classic products that have been ruined by reformulation or just being discontinued. My mom always had a big jar of Pond's on her dresser along with a jar of Pond's Vanishing Cream (had the same texture as Noxzema, was made for oilier skins but, was discontinued about 12 years ago). Pond's Cold Cream is great for removing makeup even if you don't have dry skin. I use a warm washcloth or Pond's Clean Sweep Towlettes to remove the cold cream then I wash my face with a mild glycerine soap and finish with an eye cream and night cream. My combination skin is left so clean and soft. I would not recommend this for individuals with oily skin but, for those with dry, normal, or combination it's a great cleanser and skin softener in one.

I use this stuff because my mom always and still uses it and there is a reason why: IT WORKS! It feels great being wiped off with a warm wet wash cloth. I like how it is not drying. I'll be using it in my eighties probably if they don't stop making it. Its main purpose is to remove make-up and it does. For those younger individuals who wrote negative reviews I'd suggest they use a cleanser like Noxzema. Something more appropriate for their skin.
