Both my Grandmother and Mother have used Pond's cold cream forever and both women have beautiful skin. Before I began following their skincare regimen, I broke out bad, especially during that time of the month. I have been using this cold cream, as well as Pond's new Pond's Smooth Perfection Complexion Perfecting Moisturizer, and I have not had a single breakout in months. My skin looks better, and I have gotten so many compliments.

Love it! An old favorite I am just now trying out. I use this to cleanse my face at night, and despite seriously sensitive skin, I have had no irritation, no breakouts, and this is one of the few cleansers that does not leave my dry skin feeling tight and sapped of moisture. It cleans well, and no makeup residue on my washcloth (I remove it with cloth and warm water) either.

My skin is on the dry/sensitive side so it is important not to use something too strong on it when cleansing my face. I have used Noxzema, and that burns a LOT, however Pond's Cold Cream despite its greasiness, is gentle on the skin and moisturizes great. Just slather some all over your face and gently rub it in. It is a bit of a pain to remove, but overall it moisturizes well and is gentle on the skin, no big deal.

This isn't a clanser, It wouldn't even come off with hot water and a wash cloth. It's like putting a thick layer of oil on your face that won't come off. I'd give it 0 stars.

I love this cream for my super-dry skin, but I CANNOT get past the horrid scent of roses. Yuck! Sadly, unless Pond's comes out with an alternate scent, I won't be repurchasing, which is too bad, because the product is great.

I love this product! I have psoriasis and this is the only cream product I have come across that doesn't sting my face and neck and does a wonderful job leaving my face feel vibrant! It has helped my appearance more younger looking and feeling. My mother has used this and I see why. It does feel a little greasy, but you have to leave it on your skin for a few minutes before applying make-up, like any cream. It removes even hard mascara but doesn't hurt the eye area. I would recommend this to any young lady or woman as a part of beauty regiment. Pond's cold cream has helped even out my skin tones and I have used expensive to not so expensive and keep coming back to Pond's. My skin lets me know when I'm not using Pond's (LISTEN TO YOUR SKIN)!! It knows what's best for it. I will always use this product!

This product works great at removing makeup on the eyes. It is great to use in the winter months. Although you don't need much, rinse with warm water -- no lotion needed. It serves as a gentle cleanser and a moisturizer too! I have used this for two years, and I suggest to try it to those who have semi-dry skin and don't want to use harsh chemicals.

I started using this product because my Mom has used it for decades. It is wonderful for so many reasons. It is the best eye makeup remover I have ever used. Gets off mascara really easily. Plus, it makes my skin really soft. It may be greasy, but all you need to do is to remove it with a warm washcloth. If you have acne prone skin, then use an oil free (pore) cleanser along with Pond's Cold Cream. It is a combination that has worked for me for years.

I am a man and used this product many years ago to treat dry skin in my face. I have used it ever since. It works great as an after shave softener. I would recommend Rite's cold cream too. It is cheaper and has exactly the same ingredients. The only difference is in the smell.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. It is greasy beyond belief, impossible to wipe off completely, and stings and clouds my eyes without even removing my makeup effectively. Smells cloying and overpowering too.
