I bought these based on the reviews. When I opened them I thought "Yikes, these might do for a dribble but they couldn't handle a gush." I was wrong. These are amazingly absorbent even though they look like a modest pantyliner. I have yet to have them leak. No odor either.

I use this daily as a thin panty liner. Before, I was using regular panty liners. Thee are better. They're too wide for me, so I have to fold under the side strips, and then they're okay. That doesn't matter to the aborbency. I use these just as a safety measure. I got tired of "urge Incontinnce" and having to wash or dry clean my pants if there was a little bit of a leak. Now I don't have any worries. For me, one lasts all day.

great liners - adhesive is very sticky so they don't move around while you are being active. they are also lightweight, not bulky and nicely packaged. much prefer over conventional pantyliners.

My main source of protection is doing PFT (Personal Feminine Trainer) exercises to strengthen internal muscles, but these liners give me the extra protection I may need when traveling to town on bus or train, or for the sudden leak due to a laugh or sneeze.
