I was told by my sister-in-law that my 5 year old nephew didn't like eating fruit. Headache. I chose "Fruit & Veggie" for him as gift, and told the little boy "Let's eat another kind of fruit"! Then, his mom called me "He loves it!" I believe the flavor is very good! I'll recommend it to those kids who do not eat fruit.

I can't get my 6 year old son to eat much of his vegetables or fruit, I'd always worry he wasn't getting enough. I bought these just to see if my son would take it. He and even my 9 year old daughter "LOVE THEM". I believe that the flavor has been improved because that's what it says on the label. So now he actually wants to take his one full serving of veggies & fruit every day.
