I use this product nightly to wash the makeup and daily grime off my face. It's a great natural product, lathers well, doesn't overly dry my oily/combo skin, but also doesn't over-moisturize it (not creamy). Will not get all your make up off on it's own - I recommend one pump on a Buf-Puf or other facial sponge that you like. This makes the product just about perfect and adds some exfoliation.

Recently discovered the cause of my itchy blotchy face is a combination of allergies and lupus so I changed to all organic products. I tried other brands but the Alba Even cleanser leaves my face feeling clean but not overly dry. If you have sensitive skin, give this a try and pair with the toner.

Everything about this product is fine, but the smell is overwhelmingly reminiscent of men's aftershave or some cologne sample you'd pull out of a magazine. Sad to say, it makes me grimace every time.

This product smells amazing. I am generally not very picky about face washes, so if you have pretty normal skin, this will work very well for you.

I have been using this cleanser for a while and have loved it. The formula has changed and it made me break out horribly. I'm going to keep using it and see if my skin calms down, but buyer beware: this is not the same as it was.

I love the Alba Botanica line. The only con to this cleanser was that it was a little drying so left my skin a little tight. However, when I used with the Sea Kelp toner (or followed by a light moisturizer) my complexion felt great.

I normally would spend a fortune on the products that go on my face, but I've found the Alba sea line works far better than most other brands I've tried and costs way way less. I've tried dermalogica, jurlique, clinique, origins, etc. However, I plan on staying with this face wash, my Alba moisturizer and toner for a long time to come.
