My sister's aesthetician recommended she buy this product. Mind you, this was at a high-end spa that celebrities frequent in the NYC area. Anyway, my sister felt it wasn't great and gave me a nearly full bottle to try out. I had been eying several natural/organic skin products for a while, and was excited to try out Alba. Worked out great for me! My skin feels clean but still soft, and it has a wonderfully light smell of seaweed. I have combination/T-Zone oily skin so I'm always concerned about balancing the oily regions of my skin with the normal/dry areas. I had no problems with this product. Cleans really well with very little, and one pump releases a lot of product, so be careful. Honestly, the first few times felt strange because it's so light and refreshing to wash with a product that is paraben (and nonsense) free! I'm sold on natural products and I'm sure you'll be, too!

From the first time I used this product I loved it! I have sensitive, fair skin with hormonal cystic acne and this product calms and smoothes it. It's really gentle and foamy, and feels good to use! It doesn't smell bad, but its not the greatest aroma.

I have been using this product twice daily on my combination skin for several years. My complexion improved after just a few months. No more breakouts and no more dry patches in winter.

I think other reviewers covered the highlights of this product very well. I have combo skin and it makes my face feel "just right." No need to moisturize after. The smell is nice and not too strong. It's more expensive than others, but worth it when you can actually decipher most of the ingredients list.

i'm pretty happy to have bought this natural cleanser.i like the smell and my skin feels clean and soft.it is the first time i buy natural/organic products.so far so good.i think i will buy it again in the future.

I am very pleased with this product. I am skeptical of almost all the facial products I buy, and when I checked out the ingredients of my Olay wash, I freeked out. Since it was all made of chemicals. I decided to steer away from chemicaly based products, since they cant possibly do good for anyones skin! I found this and liked the ingredients, the scent is light and not to heavy. I know there is "botanical fragrance" in it, but being the last ingredient listed. There is barely any in it! I went home and used it, emedietly feeling a difference! I have combination skin, that gets easily irriated. And I was very happy to find my skin didnt react to this! It actually improved within a week, and was very even, cleared up,and glowing! It rinses off without residue. The my only complaint, is that it is a little drying, so make sure to moisturize! I jump around with face products alot, but I am definately sticking with this one!

I had first started using the Coconut Milk cleanser and did not notice that it had said it was best for dry skin. It didn't take off my makeup well and I started noticing a rash and bumps on my face so I switched to the Sea Mineral Cleansing Gel instead. I have only used it twice now but I have noticed such a difference already! It does a great job of taking off makeup and oil (I had just got done working out) and it smells AMAZING! I love it and will continue to use it. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth! I definitely recommend this product to anyone with oily/acne-prone/rough skin who wants their skin feeling fresh, soft, and smooth after just a couple uses! :)

I love this cleanser, in fact it is one of the best I have ever used. Seems to really clean and take away all traces of makeup, dirt and oil. Doesn't irritate my skin nor cause any break outs. I love the fact that this foams, what an awesome product!

During my last facial, the esthetician recommended I use a gel cleanser (I'm 35 with combo skin; no skin problems). As an avid fan of ALBA's mineral sunscreens, I thought I'd try their Sea Mineral Cleansing Gel. I appreciate the fact that it has organic ingredients, but I wish they would have left out the last ingredient: "botanical fragrance". I was in a hurry when I bought this so overlooked that ingredient, and I didn't bother to open the bottle to smell it. The scent is too strong for me. I used it once, and it felt really nice going on (I will have to look for another gel cleanser!), and it cleaned well (no residue afterward, no drying-out afterward either) but I couldn't get past the "perfume-y" scent. My husband likes it, though, so he uses it! And now that I think about it, it does kind of smell like an after-shave or similar men's cologne... Is this a man's cleanser?!

Super! Smells fresh! Takes off makeup too! LOVE IT!!!
