I remove my makeup with cold cream before washing my face with this product. I find I can use this product daily -- with a twice weekly facial scrub to exfoliate. If I could, I'd buy Estee Lauder cleansing cream but it is too expensive. This product makes a good substitute.

id recommend this stuff ONLY if you have extremely dry skin, the smell of your cleanser doesnt bother you & you dont wear a lot of makeup. This cleanser left my face oily and it didnt remove all of my makeup.

I love this cleansing milk, makes my face feel clean without feeling dry. Don't understand all the negative comments on the smell, it smells just fine, almost no smell at all, actually, as there's no perfume in it.

So far, so good. I usually prefer products that foam but my skin certainly isn't dirty or breaking out after two weeks of using this. Another great product from Alba. It is exactly what it claims to be. No surprises here.

Great product. I have used it for over 2 years and I would highly recommend it. Very gentle and moisturizing and does not dry out your face.

I've been using this along with the toner and creams, and I've never had clearer, healthier looking skin....even after just 1 week. I will never stray from this product.

I used to buy an eye makeup remover but this gets everything off and leaves my skin smooth. Alba products are a great value. I also buy the renewal cream for winter and regular daytime cream for summer.

The best! I've been a cetaphil user since high school and I just switched to natural(and paraben&sulfate free) products. I've been using it for 3 weeks and so far so good!I also wipe my nose&forehead w/ dickinson's witch hazel and apply avalon lavender cream all over.My skin is radiant, supple&moisturized!No more blotchiness!

I LOVE this product. I came across it sort of by accident when I could not find my usual product, Avalon Organics milk cleanser, anywhere in the area (I'm in WI, go figure!) all of a sudden. It was about the same price and is for dry skin, so I decided to give it a try. I don't think it leaves a film or residue at all, either in the shower or with a wash cloth. I do have a hard time with the scent of it though. Reminds me of my grandparents bathroom, or an old musty church bathroom. Yucko! I will continue to buy this product though as it leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean and not tight or itchy.
