I bought this to replace an old Oster massager that finally gave out. The Wahl is loud beyond imagination for something so small. It has 2 speeds - 1 is barely discernable and 2 is like a jackhammer (and about that loud too). Get a different brand because this one is a real disappointment.

I bought this for my husband who has been having a lot of trouble with shoulder and arm discomfort from carrying heavy boxes. A workmate recommended it and said it helped her husband. We found it to be too powerful even on the lowest setting and the cord too short to reach so we had to use an extension cord. He flt it vibrated too much in his hand also. I wanted to return it but then saw that it is listed as a sexual well being item and could not be returned. This amazes me since it states right in the instructions that it is NOT for use on the genetalia so why would they list it in this department. Anybody know someone that wants to buy a massager used on a neck and shoulder for 10 min?

This is by far the best ever! I had one for years now and it finally got noisey after 10 years and I was afraid of it not working until I found another one! This new one purrs but I wouldnt use it if others were nearby that you didnt want for them to hear it (meaning next bed over) and who cares if your in your own bedroom? I would never buy a different brand or model.

This is hands down the best purchase I ever made. I've worn one out and am about to buy another one. It's too intense for direct clitoral but I find plenty of spots that work just fine. I cannot say enough about this wonderful product. The only downside is the cord can be inconvenient in the spur of the moment and it's decidedly unsexy looking...
