To cool:  Wrap in a plastic bag, seal, and place in the refrigerator or freezer overnight.  Do NOT heat in microwave.

To Wash:  Open side zipper and transfer fill into a container. Wash cover in cold water, on delicate cycle. Hang dry, then replace fill.
