Philosophy does it again! This is another product that does EXACTLY what it says & more! This cleanser isn't harsh on your skin & has a great light smell to it. And it really does take your makeup off. I use Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner. To get it off I had to use a combination of cotton balls, Q-tips, and a ton of makeup remover. My eyes would be sore from that routine. I used purity & there was no makeup left! I highly recommend to all!

I discovered Philosophy back in the early 90's when I was living in NY. I LOVE the Real Purity cleanser. I have oily/acne prone skin and this cleanser gets it clean without stripping it, and also removes my eye makeup without stinging my eyes like so many other cleansers do. I recommend this cleanser to everyone with any type of skin. I've tried other cleansers and I've always gone back to Philosophy.... I will never change again.

This product is expensive, but if it works, what can you do! It gets my face clean without over drying my skin. Id recommended it if you dont mind spending a little extra.

I think I have the most sensitive skin in the world! Its dry all the time, red rash, itchy, and with burning breakouts. I tried so many products, all leaving my skin dry and broken out. My mom swears by this line and ordered it for me. For the first time for as long as I can remember, I now have beautiful, smooth, soft skin!!!! I can't stop touching my face! I am definitely a philosophy girl, now!!!! I highly recommend this line of products and especially "Purity"!!!

I have oily acne prone skin and this product has helped dramatically. I do wear make up and this removes my make up completely. You do have to do what is says ( ie..massage for 30-60 seconds) if you want it to remove all your make up. I always massage for 60 seconds. It works. You dont need to use much to wash your face so your bottle will last a long time. Like most acne sufferers I want the squeaky clean face which usually also means the unwanted side effect of overly dry skin. I washed with Neutrogena's liquid cleanser for several years. It totally stripped my skin and left it very very dry. I switched to Purity about 6 weeks ago and it definitely gets your face squeaky clean without the dryness. I HIGHLY recommend this!

This is the best cleanser I have ever tried! It takes off everything in one step, doesn't dry or irritate my very sensitive skin. It leaves my skin feeling perfectly clean and soft, not at all tight. The scent isn't fabulous, but that's because it's unscented. I won't use any other product until I find a better one.
