- Do not use microwave, conventional oven, or stovetop to heat vessel or water.
- Use only plain tap water under 120°F/49°C in this bottle. Using anything other than plain tap water could damage bottle and cause to break.
Water Bottle Use: Warm Application
- Fill bottle two-thirds full with plain warm tap water only.
- Let out excess air before threading in stopper.
- Thread stopper into bottle. Make sure stopper is in securely.
- Test for leakage by turning bottle upside down and pressing firmly.
- Duo Temp feature: Use "ribbed" side until cool, then use smooth side, which will still be warm.
Cold Application
- Fill bottle with cold water and crushed ice.
- Let out excess air before threading in stopper.
- Thread stopper into bottle. Make sure stopper is in securely.
- Test for leakage by turning bottle upside down and pressing firmly.
- Duo Temp feature: Use "ribbed" side until warm, then use smooth side, which will still be cool.
Douching Use:
- Slide shut-off clamp (in open position) lengthwise onto tubing and clamp it shut.
- Flush bottle with water before each use.
- Fill bottle with warm water or mixed douche preparation.
- Thread adapter cap into bottle, cover opening, and shake to ensure proper mixing.
- Slip end of tubing onto the adapter cap.
- Note: If necessary, use soapy water to aid in assembly.
- Slip pipe adapter onto other end of tubing.
- Thread douche pipe onto pipe adapter.
- Punch out perforated hold on bottle hang tab. Suspend bottle by hook, less than 3 feet above vagina.
- Release clamp to expel air in tubing before inserting douche pipe.
- Position: A) To use in Shower, stand with feet apart; B) To use in Bathtub, recline in tub, knees slightly bent apart: C) To use on Toilet, lift one thigh while in the seated position. While maintaining one of the positions indicated, gently insert the douche pipe into the vagina. Open the clamp to permit the solution to flow gently.
Simple Enema Use

- Flush bottle with water before each use.
- Fill bottle with warm water or mixed enema preparation.
- Thread adapter cap into bottle.
- Slip end of tubing onto the adapter cap.
- Note: If necessary, use soapy water to aid in assembly.
- Slip pipe adapter onto other end of tubing.
- Thread enema pi-e onto pipe adapter.
- Apply lubricating jelly to enema pipe.
- Punch out perforated hole on bottle hang tab. Suspend bag less than 3 feet above the hips.
- Release clamp to expel air in tubing before inserting enema pipe.
- Positions: A) To use in Bathtub, recline in tub with knees drawn up; B) To use on Toilet, sit on toilet and lean forward slightly.
- While maintaining one of the positions indicated, insert lubricated enema pipe into rectum. Open shut-off clamp to permit solution to flow.
Cleaning and Storage
- Before storage, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, hang open bottle upside down to drain and air-dry thoroughly. Punch out perforated hole on bottle hang tab.
- Store bottle flat in dark, cool, dry place.
- Do not place heavy or sharp objects on top of bottle.
