This soap is definitely moisturizing, just don't like the scent as much as I thought I would. It's a typical cocoa butter scent. But it does exactly what it should do: moisturize!

My family used this cocoa butter soap on an island and got hooked. With all the brands of soap out there, we chose to get the Palmers when we got back home. OOPS! It wasn't available. My daughter went online and found it on drugstore.com, and we've been ordering it ever since. Even my husband loves it. The soap smells pleasant, but not overbearing. It moisturizes without being greasy. The price is competitive with other high end brands.

I bought this to try due to all the nice reviews, but did not expect to love it. I am on my third bar right now. My three year old son loves it as well. He likes the way this soap lathers into full, soft bubbles. I like the way it moisturizes and the subtle scent that goes with it. It doesn't melt away in the soap dish or in the shower like Dove or others we've tried. My son used to love Dove until he tried Palmer's Coco Butter soap, now he asks fo rit every time we wash his little hands. I am definitely hooked and will be purchasing more of this soap in the future.

I only use this soap on my face and it does keep it soft, but I don't care for the smell at all. This is why I did not give the product 5 stars. If the fragrance of this soap only lasted for a few minutes I would love it, but it lasts for at least 1 hr after washing my face. I wonder if they make this soap in fragrance-free like they do the lotion?

I love this soap. It's a little expensive but it's does great stuff for my summer skin and the smell is great.

this soap is the best i have been using this soap since i was 14years old on my face it works so good i leaves your skin feeling really clean it really get deep down and cleans the pores and it helps with breakout and the black marks left behind love this stuff

golfers are in the sun for long periods of time and this soap helps because it is more gentler to the skin and never causes itching or dryness

I tried proactiv and didnt get the result i wanted at all, but with Pamers Soap Bar my face cleared up in a week it bearks out if i forget to use it but i saw better resluts with this and Dickerson's Witch Hazel then with Proactive and these two item together are less than [$] and last longer than proactiv. Also its the only facial bar i can use than doesnt dry my skin out because i have combination skin, my skin is completely clear except for my forehead. My forehead is the only part of my face that ever breaks out and Palmer's helps it clear upm removes oil without drying my skin and help heal acne scars and its great on any part of your body but if you have acne Palmers and Dickenson's Witch Hazel might work, they've worked for me.

I had used the Palmers cocoa butter lotion, and love it! I came across this bar in the African-American hair section and decided to try it. I LOVE IT! It doesn't dry my skin but leaves it clean. I have been using it on my face which is oily and prone to blackheads on my nose. (Gross, I know) But I have had so many fewer blackheads and my skin doesn't get as oily. I will continue to use it for a long time. And it's cheap!

I have ezcema and this is a wonderful product. it lathers great and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. Need to keep the product on the shelves. [@]
