I love this cream! This has been my favorite daily use nursing cream when nursing each of my children. I searched high and low to find it. If you have broken skin I would recommend using a thicker lanolin and wait until your skin heals to resume the Palmer's. Overall, this is the best daily use cream I've found.

I love this nursing cream I have used 5 other ones and This one is so wonderful. It really heals sore and tender breast fast and it is so soft when you put it on the only thing that i don't like is that the bottle is a smaller one and you may want to order two at a time but this is the cream i'm sticking with. I wish that I had this cream when I was nursing my other babies. I love it

I got this to soothe dryness and soreness from breastfeeding (which it does very effectively), but I am thrilled to find it serves a number of other purposes as well! I use it on dry lips, dry skin, and even as a diaper ointment in a pinch. I love that it only contains 3 ingredients, all of which are gentle enough for babies & children. Its a little greasy, but no more so than any other petroleoum-based product. It has a faint cocoa smell. It seems to absorb pretty quickly, and if I apply it after nursing, it seems to have absorbed completely by the time I'm ready to breastfeed again (which is good because even though it claims to be safe I wouldn't want my baby ingesting it, its just my personal preference). My husband even uses it on his dry hands/cuticles (though he feels a little funny using a 'nipple' cream!) Its very reasonably priced. I picked up one tube for the nightstand and one for the diaper bag so I have it handy for whenever I might need it.

I use this daily and it helps relieve the soreness from breastfeeding. My baby has difficulty latching on to one breast so it is extra painful and this product helps a lot!

This stuff is a wonderful nursing cream from one of my favorite brands of skin products! I was so happy to find a nursing cream not made from lanolin, as I don't want my new baby ingesting an animal product (lanolin comes from sheep). It smells great, works well and can also be used for lip balm if needed. It's colorless and doesn't stain. I wish I had found this product 4 years ago when I was nursing my twins.
