This stuff is a wonderful nursing cream from one of my favorite brands of skin products! I was so happy to find a nursing cream not made from lanolin, as I don't want my new baby ingesting an animal product (lanolin comes from sheep). It smells great, works well and can also be used for lip balm if needed. It's colorless and doesn't stain. I wish I had found this product 4 years ago when I was nursing my twins.

It does a good job at moisturizing and has a nice cocoa smell. It would be better if there was vitamin E in the product for healing your nipples.

This is smoother than lanolin-based products, and works wonderfully to keep nipples soft and supple. One tube lasts forever. I discovered it works great as a lip balm, as well. Got dry, chapped lips (especially those cracks in the corner--ugh!)? A little of this stuff solves the problem in no time -- I weaned my baby six months ago, and I'm still buying it for my lips!

Apply a small amount of Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Nursing Cream to nipple area after each feeding or as often as needed. This product does not have to be washed off prior to breastfeeding. Clinically and dermatologically tested.
