I bought this product after reading the great reviews. They fit perfectly, won't leak, and I was satisfied. However, once in a while, my skin where the rim of the pad touches, becomes very itchy. I have some cloth pads, and when I switch to those, it goes away. Since then, I use these during the day, and at night, the cloth ones.

I have tried just about every brand of disposable nursing pad (also tried the ones you put in the wash, but they never stay in place). These are hands down the best. They don't show through your clothes, they don't move much (I rarely use the sticky pad because they stay in place so well) and they never leak from being full - I've had the occasional leak overnight because they shifted, but never because they couldn't hold what was leaking. I have a PLENTIFUL milk supply, and these pads can hold a LOT of breast milk. :-)

These breast pads are simply the best. When I had my first child I tried every single brand of breast pads out there. Nothing beats the Lansinoh pads. They fit well, are generously sized, and are very absorbent. Absolutely no leaking regardless of how much milk your breasts let down. I breastfed my son for 20 months, now I'm using the Lansinoh pads again for my 6 week old son and hope that I can continue breastfeeding for as long as my first.

These pads are very large but did not stay in place well . Found that they would bunch up and therefore not give full coverage. They do have the advantage that they are thinner and more discreit.

I've tried about 5 different brands, and this is the best breast pad I've tried. They are absorbant, wick moisture away, stay in place, and are contoured to minimize showing through your bra/shirt. Sometimes I like that they're individually wrapped (for the diaper bag), sometimes I'd rather they not be (at home - more waste, more time to change them). Overall, a great product!

I used these with my first baby and thought they were "ok," but scratchy and too large in diameter to fit by B cup (even when breastfeeding). I switched to J&J with my second baby and found them to be MUCH softer, more comfortable and smaller in diameter (although there are more padded - think of a slightly padded bra). It seems that this brand is good for moms who get really engorged and leak a lot. I would recommend the J&J brand for moms who have mild/moderate leaking and are less endowed.
