These pads are not contoured the way Medelas pads are. This makes them much less discrete than the Medela. Medela is also thin and absorbent. My biggest complaint with these is the adhesive is so large. It was too much on my sensitive skin around my nipple. Removing them was painful. Also, because there is no contour, my poor nipples were right against the pad. Awful! Maybe if I hadn't tried Medela first, I wouldn't know just how sub-par these are. But no matter how much money I could save (and I will take almost any bargain), I will never buy these over Medela again.

These pads aren't perfect, but they're pretty good. When you first put them on they are quite stiff, and the line where they have been folded is visible through clothing. After an hour or so of wear, they soften and conform to your shape. They are big enough so that even if they move around while you sleep, they will still cover your breast properly. Despite being very thin, they are extremely absorbent. I have also tried the smaller, thicker Avent, and much prefer these.

These pads are by far the best I have ever tried. I'm now nursing my 3rd baby, and I've never used anything else after I tried these. They are ultra-absorbant and very comfortable. I'd recommend them as well as the lanolin cream to any new mother!

I tried several different brands of nursing pads and this is by far the best. Highly absorbent, and very thin so you can't see them through clothes. I was very embarrassed with other brands to have big prominent circles showing through my shirt! These are very comfortable. I like that they are individually wrapped, so they are easy to throw into a diaper bag or purse and just go. I am pregnant again now, will absolutely buy these pads again, and won't bother with any other brand this time because I already know these are the best!!

DITTO - THE BEST!!! As you can see from the rave reviews, these pads are wonderful! I gushed milk when it first came in. At night, I would change shirts 4 or 5 times when I leaked through other brands of pads. Finally I found these! I was so relieved to have a dry shirt at night and no embarrassing leakage during the day. After daily use for nine months, I can probably try others now, but they have become like a security blanket for me. The only reliable pad and they are also VERY soft.

These are the only pads that work for me. They are highly absorbent, but wick the moisture away extremely quickly so you don't feel wet at all. They are also nice and thin, so they don't show beneath clothing. Couldn't live without them.

I'm glad I found these pads because without them I think I would of stop nursing my baby. I know that with my first child this was the issue I had cracked nipples, and very sore, the pads I used with him made nipples get stuck to the pad because the milk dried after a certain time and I could not change them on time. With Lansinoh it's work out wonderful and my nipples have not gotten irritated at all. I love that I could change my pads with the feeling of pulling or dry milk. I would highly recommend these products to any mother. Thanks.

I have breastfed all 4 of my children and have tried many disposable and washable pads. These are the best "hands Down"! I have never had a problem with leaking when using these and they are so soft and thin you don't even realize they are there. I wouldn't recommend any other nursing pad-I just wish I had found these long before I had my fourth child. It would have prevented a lot of embarrassing and uncomfortable moments.

I have tried so many different breast pads and all of them leak, especially at night. These pads are terrific, they retain fluid even when it's soaked. Perfect for night protection. I highly recommend these.
