I love these pads!!! I have a huge supply of milk and can actually stay all day with these pads. I hated all the others (Johnson, Medela, etc.) because they were so bulky! These are paper thin and actually absorb a ton of milk!! I love their first days ones for the first month when you feel like a cow with how much milk you get. One drawback is these do show through some clothing, but the first days ones have white backing so they don't. ALSO...love the clean and condition cloths. They actually make your skin feel soft after you use them on baby instead of all dry from the alcohol in many other wipes. I just wish they had had the wipes with my first!!! But I am glad they have them now with my second!!! Wouldn't ever use any other breast pad or wipe!!! A+++++++++++++++++++++

The best nursing pads, hands down. Buy these and don't look back! They're extremely absorbent, contoured for subtlety, and they stay in place. The only thing I would change is to make the back of the pad more of a nude color instead of pink, that way I could wear them with cami tops.

These are the best ones out there. I leak like CRAZY and these always look nice under my shirts. With my supply they don't really last all day, but they wick away the moisture so I don't feel wet. Highly recommend these over other commercial brands.

These nursing pads are great. They are very absorbent and wick the moisture away from your skin. Each time my baby nurses, I leak from the other breast, which means I need a very absorbent nursing pad or my shirt will always be wet. Lansinoh pads do the job, even through the night. They are also nicely contoured and stay in place.

These pads are okay. If I got them as a gift I'd use them, but I wouldn't buy them. I had trouble leaking and they were very visible. I like Johnson and Johnson much better!

The BEST nursing pad that you can buy. I tried many others and leaked ALL the time with them. I love the fact that these pads are individually wrapped so you can pack them in your bag easily. I LOVED the fact that they were so thin. Going from a B to a double D, the last thing I wanted was a nursing pad that made my breasts look big and lumpy. I recommend these to all my friends who are nursing and buy them as shower gifts for all new moms. Worth every penny!

These pads were far too papery - like those brown paper towels some public restrooms use. Also, they contain a gel (like disposable diapers) which irritates some people's skin. I much prefer a cottony, soft pad like the Johnson and Johnsons. These were also more visible under my knit shirts.

These are the best pads I've ever tried, and I've tried a lot! Since I have larger breasts, they really fit nicely, unlike other, smaller brands. And they keep my nipple dry, as well. I like that they stick to my bra, which is very convenient for sleeping, as I leak a lot. So if you have bigger breasts and leak a lot, use these!

I've tried three other nursing pads, and these were the best by far. With the others I would have to change every couple of hours and they didn't hold moisture away from my skin. These also are the thinnest and have the best contour, giving them a more discreet, better fit. The only thing that keeps them from being a five is the price, which is almost double...but, you have to keep in mind that you use less of them.
