I have tried Avent, Medela, Gerber, and Lansinoh nursing pads. Hands down...Lansinoh is best, especially for C cup size breasts or greater. They're proportionally sized, absorb twice the moisture and stay in place in your bra. Medela ranks a decent second. The Avent brand pads do not stay put, as they are very small (unless you have very small breasts), but are soft and absorbent. I personally did not like the thin Gerber pads because of their quality and lack of adhesive. Lansinoh pads are affordable and work GREAT, absolutely no comparison!

These are the best nursing pads out there! I've tried several other brands and these are the only ones that NEVER leaked! They have a great adhesive to stick to your bra and they don't move! They are a bit more expensive than other brands, but worth the price. I recommend these to all of my friends and give them as part of their baby shower gifts!

I tried the Advent pads first...leak central! I started using these almost one week ago and I am yet to experience one leak. I wore these pads for almost 12 hours straight without one leak...I was shocked. The other brand needed to be changed with every feeding (if they hadn't already leaked all over my clothes). I am sold on these. You can't see them underneath your clothes like the other brand, and they are super thin and absorbent. I highly recommend these to EVERY breastfeeding mother. Way to go Lansinoh!

These breast pads are by far the best. I have tried several other brands, both disposable and reusable, and these are the only ones that really kept me dry. They are also very soft, which was great during the early days when I was quite sore.
