Lansinoh Disposable Nursing Pads rates 5 out of 5 stars, from 74 customer reviews. The best!

Pros: Durable, Easy To Use, Keeps you dry
Describe Yourself: First Time Parent
Best Uses: Breastfeeding
Bottom Line: recommended
This is hands down the best nursing pad out there. I have tried other brands and even the washable nursing pads, but this is the only one that has really protected me from leaks. They are very soft and comfortable. I always feel dry when I wear them. They really suck the moisture from your skin so you don't feel uncomfortable and it allows your nipples to "breathe" which reduces the chances of clogged ducts. I simply LOVE these.

I received these as a shower gift and I am not happy with them at all. The pads bunch up under my bra and leave my breasts looking wrinkled and odd. I wouldn't dare try to wear a fitted shirt. I have tried using them with and without the adhesive strip, but I have had no luck. I am saving them to wear at night when I don't need to worry about my appearance. One plus is that I haven't had a problem with leaks.

I never knew how much milk leaked until one day I ran out of pads and was unable to wear them. It is amazing how these pads absorb the amount milk that leaks without being messy.

For my second baby, I've been using this nursing pad exclusively for 10 months now. Like it very much. Easy to put on and it sticks to my nursing bra very well, and since it's very thin, so not bulgy looking, and very absorbent.

Cons: Leaks, Not Durable

I used these pads with my first and second kids and it worked great. They used quality materials that were durable and long lasting. Now they use cheap paper-like materials that can ripe and tear even when opening up the individual package. The pads leak and bunch up. I am very disappointed in how bad they have become and would not recommend it to first time moms or experienced moms.

Pros: Easy To Use, No leaks, THIN, discreet

Best Uses: Breastfeeding
Bottom Line: recommended
I am a first time mom and only breast feeding my baby. I tried using washable nursing pads by Gerber and a few other brands, but after all the leaking decided to give these disposable pads a try. They are the BEST! I leak a lot and these stay dry to my skin no matter how soaked they get. I haven't had any leaks and the adhesive helps them stay in place. I will be ordering more from here for sure! The first time I put them on they felt a little itchy, but within a few minutes it stopped. I have super sensitive skin and these don't bother me at all. I have yet to find a brand of washable/reusable pads that can handle my leaking.

Pros: Compact, Easy To Use, Portable, Super-absorbent, THIN

Best Uses: Breastfeeding

Very absorbent - one pad lasts at least 24 hrs for me, and I LEAK!! But yet, very thin, nice contoured shape so they don't show through garments. Small when packaged, so you can put a bunch in your jeans pocket. Comfortable, not itchy, don't feel a thing. Sanitary - each one individually wrapped. No downsides to these pads!!!
