Have used these bags with my first sone (4 years ago) and now with our second. I find them easy to use and have had leaks only rarely when we dropped a bags on the ground. The double ziploc closure seems to work well - I have not tried storing them flat but apparently it can be done to save space. I found these nicer to use than the medela storage bags - which are made of a more rigid plastic. I do not use the ounce markings on the side to measure the breastmilk - depending on how flat I get the bag bottom the measurement various wildly. But it's easy to note the amount of milk pumped from the bottle and use a permanent pen to write this on the bag.

I love these bags for my pumped milk. They are a great size, and they have a convenient spout for pouring the milk into the bottles. Highly recommended!!

I have used these storage bags with all three children. They are pretty good. They open up on the bottom so as not to easily spill over, so that is a plus, though if you don't get them opened up all of the way, it could spill over. Most of the time, they are fine and hold the milk well until we use it.

I would suggest getting one of the milk storage 'freezer' containers. It holds the bags in a certain shape so that they freeze uniformly. After they are frozen, you can take them out and pack them nicely together in the freezer instead of them all being different shapes.

My complaint about these bags is that it seems that randomly, when I'll take one out of the freezer, as it thaws, it will leak, so obviously it has a hole somewhere. I don't know how the hole gets there, but it annoys me because I feel that I've got to throw the milk away because I don't know how long the hole has been there, how it got there, etc. Throwing away liquid gold hurts!!!

The bags are excellent as they seal well and can either lay down or stand up to maximize freezer space. I only had one damaged in the last 2 months and it was because I dropped it while it was frozen. I wish they were reusable so we wouldn't be disposing of so much plastic everyday

These used to be great bags and then sometime last year {2010} they changed the material of the bags. Now if you freeze them about 50% will leak when they are thawed.
These bags have a double zipper for sealing and work great if you are just storing the milk in the fridge. You can tip them upside down and they won't leak.
I gave them 3 stars because they are good if you are just using them for the fridge.
If you are looking for long term freezer storage I recomend the bags made by medula.

I tried all the bags, found this one to be thicker and more durable than others. They're not cheap, but worth every dime. Also, if I'm remembering correctly, they had better measurement marks on the bag than other brands.
