I have purchased many different after shave lotions and balms for my husband over the years, including drug-store brands and major department store varieties that cost much more. This one is a favorite of his and a reasonable price too. He has very dry skin and uses this after he shaves (razor) every day.

This products work very well to get rid of razor burn. I've used things like Aqua Velva and plain old witch hazel before, and it works far better than either. It really does immediately start to soothe your face. I've not gotten any acne from using it either; my skin remains clear, and I've been using it several months now. Definitely recommended.

This product absorbs very quickly, and didn't really hydrate my skin much, butI can't say that it did not. The smell is a tad strong, but fades in like 15 minutes. Since it has been approximatley eight weeks since I've been using it, the time it takes for a pimple to be born, and I have more acne. I believe this is the culprit. Use with caution!

I've used this stuff for about 2 years, and I think it is great. It is light and non-greasy. It has a pleasant smell; although I could imagine some might think it too strong. I was using Clinique M lotion before making the switch to Neutrogena.

The scent is way too strong for me. I've used it for about a week, but I don't think I can keep using it because of the scent. I was so surprised that it was scented at all - being marketed as a face lotion (not aftershave).
