You have to be disciplined and apply regularly, but it definitely works. Not a miracle cream, but your skin will certainly feel tighter and the appearance of cellulite will be lessened. I have tried tons of cellulite creams (Bliss, Clarins, Osmotics) and this is my favorite. It has no scent and is not sticky or gooey, which a lot of the other creams are. I always come back to this cream after trying the others - it gives definite improvement in that dimpled look, and also smoothes my skin, but it is not a miracle cream, because there is no such thing. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

I have noticed that the skin on my thighs and knees is firmer, and that the cellulite isn't as noticeable. Also, the broken capillaries seem far less noticeable. My thighs appear slimmer and more toned. I generally use it twice a day if I can remember to do so. Otherwise, I use it once a day. The dimpled derriere didn't change a bit. I had much better success with Nivea's Skin Firming Lotion (and it smells delicious, too). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
