We got lucky and received the color we wanted (blue with red rubber top). The Baby Bjorn step is lightweight and easily shiftable, but has a good non-slip bottom. Also, since our son is still a little small, I use it under my desk at home...

This is so firm. I feel very comfortable having my baby climb it, it will not slip out from under her. She is still too small to reach anything once she does climb it! So for now, when I sit her on the toilet, my husband and I take turns using this to sit across from her. :) It holds an adult weight without a problem.
