I took this to help with my exercise so I could lose some quick pounds for the beach. The product did it's job of making me regular, but I don't like the taste at all. If it tasted better than it would be a perfect addition to a healthy diet and exercise program.

I have used this tea for years. I drink a cup every night. Without it I'm not very regular. I hope they never stop making it or I will be in big trouble! Laxatives tend to give me stomach cramps... the tea doesn't.

I have been drinking this tea for years. I have heard of some people, who get cramps from it, but it has never affected me, in fact I drink it every day. I find that it keeps me regular and I have had no constipation since I started drinking it. Great product.

I love this tea. I wish they had smaller boxes, since it's only used for 10 days and you get 60 tea bags, but it's nice to have tucked away when you need a little diet help. Tastes good, and definetly works. Not really a permanent weight loss solution, but works when your system gets sluggish and needs a little boost.

Delicious! If you like cinnamon, you'll like this tea. I drink it iced, and wish they made a version that didn't have the "move it on thru" ingredients so I could drink it more often! I'm ordering the variety pack to sample the other flavors, but I think Cinnamon Spice will be my favorite.
Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bad and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over Steep! Press tea bag gently and remove. Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day (may be enjoyed hot or cold). Three or four days later you may increase the strength and flavor of your tea - if you wish - by brewing with 6 oz. of water. It is important not to have more than one cut in a 24 hour period. Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12.
