This is not a Dieter's Tea, it is a Laxative. Do not use this product or similar products as they fool you with the title, but you can see by the other reviews it works on constipation. Please read all of these products ingredients and consult your doctor first. Even though a tea might not list this, but If they list Senna stay away it is a natural laxative. These are great for a quick fix, but do not use these regularally, and please read all the reviews carefully to see what side effects these have.

This tea basically acts as a dieretic/laxative. If looking to eliminate "water" weight. It works great. I used it for a week to kick start my diet. I lost 5lbs.

If not for it's great taste I would've given it only 1 star for it's failure to let me lose weight. I used it for the full recommended 10 days, but I haven't lost a single pound. It's quite frustrating since I had to go to the bathroom 3-4 times in the morning. All that inconvenience for nothing.
Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep! Press tea bag and gently remove. Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day after your evening meal (may be enjoyed hot or cold). Three or four days later you may increase the strength and flavor of your tea-if you wish-by brewing with 6 oz. of water. It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period. Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor.
