I have used this tea for at least seven years, and it keeps my system regular. I have consulted my physician about it and he told me it was more like a stool softener than a laxative, and he said there was no problem with drinking a cup of it every night. This is the only thing I have found that does not cramp my stomach. I drink it every night and my bowels move regularly every morning. This has been a prayer answered for me. I highly recommend this tea for people who suffer from constipation. I just read a review that could have been written by me. Been using this product for over 10 yrs and never had this problem before. When hot water is added, the bags open and seep out onto the bottom of the cup. I also, am forced to use a coffee filter, which leaks all over. Are the manufacturers using inferior paper? I have alredy received a replacement, but it still happens, especially with the Cinammon flavor.

I use this product when I am constipated. It's easy to use and effective. The products I order always are confirmed by an email and received faster than any product I order online.
Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bad and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over Steep! Press tea bag gently and remove. Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day (may be enjoyed hot or cold).
Three or four days later you may increase the strength and flavor of your tea - if you wish - by brewing with 6 oz. of water. It is important not to have more than one cut in a 24 hour period. Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12.
