I am 62 and in good health, but my doctor recommends a multi-vitamin, especially Centrum Silver. It has a good balance of necessary vitamins and minerals for those of us who need a supplement (all of us) and especially for those of us who don't always eat a proper diet. There is a variety of generics out there, and they always compare themselves to Centrum. But I take only the Centrum because I trust it, stay quite healthy on it (even during cold and flu season), and find the name brand much easier to swallow.

All I can say is "wow"! I figured I needed a vitamin and ordered these since the price was right. I figured it's a vitamin, right? Boy, was I wrong. The first one I took was at night, big mistake. I have since taken them in the mornings so my energy can be productive. I cannot believe how much better I feel. It can't be psychosomatic since I didn't think vitamins could give you energy. I never expected to be able to sustain my energy all day. It doesn't interfere with my sleep, thankfully. The bottle has 220 pills and I will make sure I reorder when I get down to a few weeks left. We live in Hawaii and it takes about 16+ days for us to get packages. I will NEVER be without these vitamins ever again.

My husband and I take this vitamin every morning and have done so for a very long time and will continue to take them. and intend to live well.rWe very rarely get sick and are in our late seventies and intend to live into our eighties and beyond as we eat sensibly and exercise by working our at the gym three days of the week and by walking briskly on the other days of the week. Your vitamin, Centrum Silver is a regular part of our morning on a daily basis and willl continue to be so.
