This vitamin was recommended to me by my doctor because of my fine, thin hair. He said the blend of vitamins has been known to help thicken and regrow hair that's lost due to medication interaction. It is very good; you can depend on it for total protection from the virus and other related colds. It also builds your immune system against other diseases. Total protection.

Our family doctor recommended that we take a daily multivitamin such as Centrum. I was advised to take one w/out iron since apparently men have a much lower iron requirement than women, which is why I went with the Silver. I haven't noticed a major difference but do feel they help out on a long grueling day. I also just feel comfortable with the insurance of getting the daily requirements for vitamins. I really like the fact that they do not have mega doses of ingredients and do not have the stomach-churning smell and aftertaste a lot of multis have. A Centrum Silver along with vitamin C and E are now part of my daily routine.
