My 81st birthday is March 15th. My Dad gave me a Gem single-blade safety razor on my 16th birthday (1941). During those 65 years I have shaved with everything from single and double-blade safety razors, Shick's cartridge single blade, and a Remington electric to Bic's disposable. None of them did the job my new Mach 3 Turbo does. I bought a Mach 3 Turbo last Thursday, March 9 and have been absolutely taken with the ease of shaving and with the closeness of the shave. Fantastic product. Wish I had discovered it sooner.

This razor is too darn sharp.

I adore this razor. The Mach 3 Turbo by Gillette effectively shaved my facial hair without leaving harsh cuts or after-shave bumps on my face. Being of African descent, I was won over by the latter advantage. No matter how you shave or in what direction, this razor smoothly glides along your facial contour and feels effortless. The design is pleasing to the eye with its sharp arched lines. When I need to replace the worn out razor cartridge, all I have to do is pop it off with the press of a button and slap on the new one. Its like you're in command of a fighter jet every time you shave. I found the holding case to be quite appropriate and efficient as well. Extra kudos for the utilization of space; having the two extra cartridges located on the bottom of the holding case right below the razor, in a separate compartment. All in all this is a great shaving razor that I will use over any other.

I am a woman and I love this razor. I use it to shave my legs, and it works great. I find that Gillette's razors for men are great for women as well! This razor covers more ground than the single bladed razors, and it does not cause me to have "shaving bumps". I would recommend this to anyone because of its superior performance.

I had been using an electric shaver my entire life and recently began to suffer severe razor burn. Reluctantly, I decided to make the switch to a safety razor. I gave Mach 3 a try. What a difference! The transition from an electric was effortless and I'll never go back. It's amazing how close I'm able to shave with this thing. After trying it, you'll gladly pay the somewhat high cost for this modern marvel!

The Gillette Mach 3 Turbo razor is the best razor I've ever used. It's totally true what they say in the Mach 3 commercials. This razor shaves just as well up as it shaves down with no nicks or cuts. The Mach 3 Turbo is definitely the best razor on the market.
