I have been using this product since week 8 of my pregnancy and no stretch marks to date. The lotion takes a few minutes to dry/soak in but it is well worth it. For anyone who wants to preserve their pre-pregnancy body, definitely start using this religiously!

I am young, but since I had gained 40 pounds within half year when I was 17, I got horrible stretch marks all over my body. They are on my thighs, two side of waist, and even armpit. I was really upset with that because I am only 19. I spent one year to lose the 40 pounds I had gained last year, but the stretch marks are still there. I don't have confidence of wearing shorts and skirts without a legging. BUT I am only 19. I tried a lot of products. Nixxx... L'Oxxx... Some of them were recommend by others, but none of them worked. Few month ago, I find Palmer's here, I read all of the comments and I brought one online immediately. After the first week I used it, I found my skin were much tighter. I could see the differences. It works really well on the skin of my medial thighs where was uneven and loose. My thighs are looked much better now, but I am still working on the stretch marks on my waist they look like scars actually. Anyway, I think this is a really good product. The other Palmer's products are nice too.

I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant and have been using Palmers everyday and night on my stomach and chest to prevent stretch marks. I have terrible marks from growing quickly as a teenager on my hips and rear end. I was hoping to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy. So far, I don't have any on my stomach but my chest is covered in purple marks from growing so quickly. The product does relieve the itching associated with stretching skin, but that's not what I bought it for (any lotion can do that!). Also, it really smells bad to me, which during pregnancy isn't a good thing. I would not reccomend this product. Going to try Bio Oil now to see if it makes a difference.

I am quickly learning just how fantastic Palmer¿s is as a skincare product company. I¿ve fallen in love with their cocoa butter bar soap. This lotion cinches it for me. I love Palmer¿s, period. I'm willing to fork out a few bucks to try ANY of their products simply based on what I've seen so far from them. This lotion is deceptively light when smoothing it onto skin. When I think of cocoa butter lotion I think ¿heavy.¿ But this is miraculously soft and lightweight. Your skin stays feeling soft and moisturized all day. Great as an all-over body lotion, not just on stretch marks. I could definitely see myself adopting this lotion for my every day skin care. The only downside is the scent. I can't really describe it. It doesn't smell like cocoa butter. It almost smells like lanolin + isopropyl alcohol. Not horrible. Just... not the best. I can easily stir in a few drops of my synthetic scents or perfume to make it more tolerable. The natural scent of it isn't an issue which would stop me from purchasing it again. I'd give it a 9 on a scale of 10, only knocking off one point for the scent.

I sue this product twice a day. It has kept stretch mark at bay so far and I'm 9 months pregnant. I've tried many different types of lotions specifically made for pregnancy, and this is what always come back to. It doesn't smell too strong. It doesn't clupm. It isn't too oily. It spreads nicely on the skin. I only wish they made a larger size.

Best Uses: Daily Use, Nighttime use

I bought this for my boyfriend, who got a few stretchmarks after losing weight. He never uses it, but I use it often when I am spending the night at his place. I basically use it on my face and neck in place of a night cream. It's super hydrating and makes my skin feel great in the morning---especially during the dry winter season. I don't use it enough to be 100% sure, but I also think it's helped firm my skin and even out my complexion. I have oily skin that is olive/tan that breaks out every so often, and this product has never irritated my skin or made it break out. I would recommend this to women with or without stretch marks who have either ethnic skin or uneven complexion.
