I've always used Aveeno's lotions (which work really well) so I thought I'd try this product hoping I would be just as satisfied but after only a few days of using this, I started getting dry patches around my eyes and nose. I had to use a lot of moisturizer just to stop feeling dry. Also, I don't feel that this product did much to "improve" my skin in anyway

As a previous ProActiv user, I found over time their products to be too harsh as my skin is changing with age. This Aveeno scrub has the perfect amount of texture in it to feel like you're exfoliating, however, it doesn't leave your face bright red after having done so. Two thumbs up.

I use this bi-weekly because it was too harsh on my skin when used daily. I went back to St.Ives Apricot Scrub for daily use on my oily skin and Aveeno 1-2x a week as a deep cleanser.

Although I am a budget buyer, I want the product to do what I need done. This is a very gentle scrub and I can feel the little granules swirling as I gently scrub. My face does not feel dry after rinsing. I also use Alpha Hydrox for a good exfolient to follow. Sunscreen is a must. My skin is prone to breakout in a non-traditional acne and this product does not seem to aggrevate the situation. Keeping the dead skin cells moving off is certainly a good way to keep my face look great.
