This works best when your skin is slightly damp. I think it's great because it's not too heavy but still moisturizes very well. Even better, it doesn't leave your skin looking or feeling greasy to the touch.

I have used this scrub for years. It is coarse enough that you actually feel that you are exfoliating. Many other scrubs are too fine and you feel like you are rubbing lotion on your skin. I have oily and dry skin and I use it daily. There is no scent . The bottle lasts a few months with daily use.

Everyone's skin type is different and I guess mine is just really sensitive because after using this for about a week, it left a huge dry flaky patch on my chin. So embarrassing, and long lasting.I stopped using it and my skin got back to normal.Then I had to start using it again a couple weeks later when I ran out of my other cleanser, and it did the same thing, dried my skin out. I won't be using it again.

i've used this product for years. I love how it "gently" exfoliates my skin. I DO need a moisturizer afterwards. My 7yr got a ton of little bumps on his nose after spending a week at the grandparents. i used on his face 2 days and they were all gone! It did not dry out his face either. Love it, can't live with out it!

Being in Iraq my face is exposed to extreme weather conditions...heat, cold, sand and mud. It took quite some time for me to find a product that actually worked. I use Aveeno Skin Brighten Daily Scrub twice a day...morning and night. It leaves my skin feeling clean and revitalized after every use. I can't see myself using anything else.

I live in FL so my face is oily from the heat and humidity - this is the best to use for that - you just rub it in and rinse it off and your skin is like new. Aveeno always has great products and this is just another one of their great products - economical and good!

I thought I found the perfect scrub- the beads are small and are close between- so you never have those areas where you're scrubbing and getting nothing out of it. Now that I am about 2/3 through the bottle, my skin has flared up like never before. There are dry, irritated, flaky patches around my mouth and my acne has gotten worse (and I was virtually acne free with my previous wash) but I like to change things up a bit. Too bad, I am going back to my Olay Scrub. I don't recommend this Aveeno- it is NOT gentle enough for sensitive skin like it claims.

This is a very gentle scrub -- a little more so than I was anticipating, because I could probably get just about the same effect from using a washcloth. I can't address the "Brightening" part of this product, since I didn't really notice any. Nevertheless, it is a good (not great or best) product, as we've come to expect from Aveeno.
