Regular use in loads of darks and brights colors keeps the dyes from transfering betwen items. I can wash black, blue adn red together with green and browns with minimal transfer.

I used a heavy paper towel on the back part of the shirt then applied the Shout wipes, .Would bleed on the towel removing the ink. Just kept changing the towel and the stain was gone, washed the shirt, could not tell it had been stained with ink.

Use these regularly when I wash my quilts. They prevent the colors from bleeding and protect my hard work. When I present quilts as gifts, I give these to the recipient.

As parents of 6, we have a TON of laundry, and like to keep clothes in the best condition possible...for hand me down purposes. Over the years I have become a bit of a laundry pro. My oldest son tries to challenge me with new stains! I love these Color Catchers for the mixed loads, clothes that are white & have bright colors on the same piece of clothing. And they really do keep brights brighter. They aren't inexpensive, but the investment is worth it!

I like to combine light colors and dark colors in my washer in order to wash more clothes in a single load. I drop one Shout Color Catcher cloth in my washer to totally trap and absorb loose dyes. I can wash white and red items together with no worry of the red dyes bleeding into the white items -- the white items stay white and the red items stay red. This product not only works exactly as advertised, but it's very reasonably priced. I wouldn't be without it.

I include one of these sheets any time I am washing new clothes, or clothes that I am not sure if the color runs. It has saved my daughter's and my clothes many times. It basically stops the color running from clothes from ruining other clothes in the wash. I still don't chance washing whites and colors together, but this is a great safety measure.

When I wash a clothing item for the first time, I always wash it separately from other items. I always wash red items only with red items. I place all other items into one load and use a Shout color catcher sheet. I no longer have to separate lights and darks. I love these color catchers and have been using them for many years.
