This was really my last hope. I've heard so much about this product and thought that it would definitely work for me. But to my disappointment, it didn't. I still need deodorant and people still seem to be shying away when they talk to me. I still do the norm to keep my hygiene in perspective plus more, but the body mint doesn't seem to contribute at all. Oh well, I'll finish the bottle and won't be wasting my money again.

I take the pills as directed on the bottle: I read all the reviews before I ordered this product and because I do take other medications daily, I was very concerned about any possible interactions with my meds. Well I am HAPPY to say, there was none. I started out by taking one pill a day. As far as side affects are concerned, the first day or two, I did experience some diarrhea, nothing really big about that though. It seemed like just a body adjustment in progress. That went away. After that, I decided to move to taking two pills a day, which I started on the weekend. Because of my work, I wanted all possible accidents to occur at home if any, and again I am happy to say, there was none. For years I've had bad breath, though people kept telling me "no, you don't have bad breath." I even spoke with my dentist, and he said "but you don't need me to do anything, you don't have bad breath." I just felt like after observing people's reactions to my breath, I thought no, this can't be right. I even smelled it myself and was very unhappy. How can I smell it and some people don't? So now, after one of my co-workers told me about "BODY MINT," I was so excited about what she told me about the product, I viewed it as possibly the one answer I've been looking for all these years. The fact that it works from the inside out, was the most exciting part to me. What better way to tackle any human body odor? I say, if it starts from the body cavity, tackle it like the cavity it is. "Oh boy" does it work!" I advice anyone who think they have any kind of body odor, whether it be from the mouth, the underarms, private areas, feet (like my co-worker), whatever, TRY this product, I think you will find yourself amazed. Now I see how celebrities are able to get sooooo close and we hear nothing negative of it. I am so very happy, I feel complete, I finally have my whole life back. Body Mint Creator, I love you. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I just finished my bottle, and I have to say that it made me gassy at first. I drink between 75-100 ounces of water a day, so constipation was not an issue, but it did seem to clean me out... I did not notice a marked change in body odor or breath. I tried this one bottle as a sort of experiment, and as the product is overpriced for what little it did deliver, I will not be repurchasing. [$] for only a 30 day supply... I don't think so.
