Warnings
Do not push the earplug so far into the ear that you are unable to get it out. You should be able to easily grasp the stem with the thumb and forefinger for removal. Remove slowly with a twisting motion to gradually break the seal.
Recommended for ages 7 and up. Mack's® AquaBlock™ Earplugs are not recommended for use with ear tubes or by patients recovering from ear surgery unless directed by a doctor. Use Mack's® Pillow Soft™ Silicone Earplugs with ear tubes and for post surgery protection. Do not use for scuba diving or at depths over 10 feet. Use only as directed.
Keep away from infants and small children. These earplugs are non-toxic, but may interfere with breathing if caught in windpipe, which could lead to serious injury or death.

Tried the puddy style, and another style specific for swimming, and no good. These were the first pair that both did the job and did not hurt my ear. I swim daily and have been extremely happy with this brand and will look no further. It takes a couple of attempts to find the right fit but, with practice, it comes naturally...much like my swimming! I have had zero water leaks with these and the only problem I have encountered has been inserting them a little too deep thus causing discomfort in my inner ear. These are very very soft from tip to tip. Other brands of this same style had flanges that were too stiff for my personal preference and hurt my ear. I swim 2000 plus meters, flip turn, sprints, etc. and have yet to have them fall out. Can't say enough good about 'em.

I echo that these are difficult to fit. I got them to replace my previous swimming earplugs that were discontinued. I cannot get these new ones to form a good seal. I regularly wear earplugs for swimming and for noise protection, so I'm familar with how to insert them. I find the material these are made of is too flexible and prevents them from being fit well.

I have been using wax in my ears everytime I took a shower for the last 6 yrs due to ear infections. My hair would get stuck in it, and showering I would bump my ears loosening the the wax seal when washing my hair. I have used the aquablock earplugs now for a week. I'm in love with those great purple earplugs. The aquablocks stay in place no matter how vigorously I wash my hair, and I can wash the earplugs before I store them for the next time I use them. I bought one box to try but now I'm going to stock up so I never have to go back to the wax.

I bought these because the smaller size was recommended for 5 and under, and my child is 8. These are too big for her ears, very difficult to get the ear plugs in, and make them stay. I think they would work if the size was right. I I will buy the next size down, and cross my fingers.

I've tried a number of foam ear plugs to keep water out of the ears while showering. None worked but weren't designed for this purpose. I had a similar product in my younger years for swimming but they had turned hard and weren't usable. These are excellent. Easy to insert. Stay put and easy to remove. They are comfortable too. I love them.

i was getting ear infections every couple of months, so i stopped washing my hair everyday. the problem w/this is if i go more than 3 days w/out washing my hair i get major headaches that dont stop till i do... dont know why this is but it is. once i got these i was washing my hair again. they dont feel that bad in the ear but i dont like things in my ear, earbuds included. these really helped me out & theyre reusable n super easy to clean!
