I buy these type of pills in bottles for the house. I also buy this particular package, even though it is a little more expensive, because it is in blister packs which makes it very convenient to keep in your pocket, car, or bag. Taking one before a meal helps to reduce acid reflux. I take them on a regular schedule at 7 am, 11 am, 4 pm, and 10 pm.

To relieve symptoms, swallow 1 tablet with a glass of water
To prevent symptoms, swallow 1 tablet with a glass of water 60 minutes before eating food or drinking beverages that cause heartburn
Do not use more than 2 tablets in 24 hours
