Terribly disappointing product. 2 pumps wasn't enough to make a visible difference; 3 pumps made my hair look like Valdez II. Even the oiliness was lacking in shine; this product gives the effect of dull, greasy hair. I wrote to Aveda, but their response was along the lines of "oh well." Aveda's products may smell great, but that hardly justifies the expense. Spend your money elsewhere.
