Bottom Line: not recommended

I ordered a MEDIUM, which says it fits 175-200 lbs and pants size 10-14. I am currently about 175 lbs, and my pre-pregnancy pants size is an 11-12, so this size should have been perfect and even allow for the coming growth (I am 25 weeks pregnant with twins). However, the harness seems way too tight and is NOT adjustable. I thought maybe I had to get used to it, but I can't keep it on for more than a few minutes without wanting to get it off. I tried to return it, but this company would not refund my money, since the box had been opened. What a waste of money!

This is my second pregnancy and I don't know how I made it through my first with out the Prenatal Cradle. It does take a few minutes to figure out how to put it own and the shoulder straps are a bit loose, but it has helped my lower back pain and round ligament pain so much. The round ligament pain was making it almost impossible to walk, but this brace almost eliminated it. I would recommend this to any pregnant mom!

This is my third prenatal cradle. Can't complete a pregnancy without it!! I have lots of back strain in the third trimester and the cradle relieves most of it. It is a great product.

I wear this item everyday and it has helped greatly with support. My belly weight was making it difficult to walk until I purchased this item. It truly helps support my belly with less strain on my lower back. It was worth every penny. It is a little flimsy in the top portion of elastic but the bottom is very supportive. I had nothing like this with my first two pregnancies and am very thankful to have it now!

I would give this a 5 star, except that I don't care for this model - the Prenatal Cradle also comes adjustable with adjustable shoulder straps and adjustable under-belly band. I prefer the adjustable to this solitary size per range of S, M, L. Otherwise, I love the support and the fact I have a lot less ankle swelling when I use the cradle versus when I do not. Be prepared to wear shirts that cover up to your collar bones - the front bands cross and are in view for standard v-neck type shirts.
