I will never understand why a company like Oral-B feels the need to make all these complex toothbrushes. Humans still have the same size, quantity, and number of teeth we always have, so why all the extra bristles this way and that way, in all different colors, etc. I might as well use a grout brush for what they are trying to market for teeth. This brush is simple, been around for years, until recently, and it does everything a toothbrush needs to do. I can reach everywhere in my mouth and move it all by myself (no batteries or electricity needed).

I only reviewed this because I noticed some low ratings. Just wanted to comment that these are "medium" toothbrushes, if someone finds them irritating to the gums, they should be using a "soft" bristle brush. In over 20 years of using Oral B brushes, I never had one bristle come out, that must have been a defective one and I would have been on the phone with them about that...

It seems to be more difficult to find medium bristle brushes in the local stores, 90% or more of what is stocked are soft bristle, and I have tried other brands and found them very lacking in getting the same cleaning as with Oral B, which is why I buy online. Being used to a medium bristle, using a soft brush, just seems like nothing happens.

I bought 2 different types of toothbrushes encluding this product and was really upset about wasting my money not once but twice.I can't find their cross bristle brushes I used to love so much.The bristles aren't even made of the same material.The bristles came out in my mouth on 2 occasions.It seems to me that they are selling inferior products now based on their solid reputation.Well it won't work on me any longer.I will never buy Oral B toothebrushes again.

This Oral-B toothbrush REALLY makes my teeth feel clean, with just a moderate brushing and my favorite toothpaste. With this toothbrush I can reach behind my last molars, yet it's gentle on my gums. An excellent product.

I love this toothbrush! Its design reaches all areas, it's easy to hold, and the medium bristle is neither too soft nor too hard. I couldn't find it in my local grocery store, so I decided to search for it on-line. I hope Oral B never changes this one!
