I use this product for all over tans, and sometimes just to touch up areas such as my face. I also buy the other products by TanTowel. I love the tanning mist for touch ups or deeper color. I also use the On the Glow moisturizer to extend the tan. Follow all sunless tanning tips to get the best tan. VALUE: You can get a discount if you subscribe to the Tan Towel website's auto ship program. :) APPLICATION: As for the wipes, I suggest to slowly unfold the towel while applying to keep it moist and prevent the towel from twirling. Use gloves, and make sure you go over areas twice in circular patterns if possible. Sometimes I just use the tanning mist and blend in to make sure I have not missed anything with the towel.

The tan toweletts are sooo easy and convenient to use. I had used creams in the past which were messy and always left streaks. Not anymore! Love these towelettes. Will purchase again!

I have used the Tan Towel for several years. I have an olive complexion and when I use the towels, I look like I have been to the beach. My advice to people who say they don't work for them......... I use to work in a tanning salon and some people can't tan at all. I saw Tan Towels work on all skin tones. You should use an exfoliator before using a tanning product. The towel works better if you unfold it as you go to keep it moist. The next day after using the product keep your skin moisterized with a tan extending lotion product. Dry skin does not tan as well as moisterized.

I really do like the Tan Towels better than any other self-tanning product on the market. I like it mainly for the ease of use; a towel is less-messy than lotions and sprays. The color you get, although only slight, is gradual and natural. However, it does fade rather quickly and I find myself going through box after box throughout the summer. I prefer to not be in the sun that much. I've tried just about eveything on the market and this is the best I have found.

I really liked this product. The only thing I would change would be to make the towelette larger (reason for the 4 out of 5 stars). I had NO problems with streaking. I shaved and exfoliated first, then applied the tanner both vertically and horizontally. I ended up with a natural tan that at 3 days later is still going strong. Love this stuff. Will definitely buy again and again.

I really wanted to like this product, but I did not. The towel itself was the problem for me. The towel did not have enough body to hold up to the application. It spindled around itself, wrinkled into a ball, tore and dried up before I even got a chance to finish my arms. The towel had the consistency of a generic-brand personal cleansing wipe. I would have preferred something more felt-pad-like. The tanning solution itself was fine. A little on the strong-fragranced side, but that diminished upon drying. I may use these for travel and limit their use to my face--but whole body? They are not designed properly for that. I need to say, I have been using sunless tanner regularly for 35 years since the time when streaky and orange were the norm. I'm considered by many to be a pro at getting almost any product to work.

I gave this 4.5 out of 5 stars. I loved the simplicity of the towel; but came just short of 5 stars, as I have to use two to get a base tan look. But when it does show, it is very natural-looking (I'm Japanese) and does dry quickly! It does have a slight tanning oder to it - but after it dries I just put a little lotion on and it's not very noticeable. If you want a darker tan - I would try the Tan Towel darker tan toweletts... still looks pretty natural. Just be careful--as with any self tanner - you can get the orangy tan build up around the ankles and knees.

I have a fair skin tone; this product does produce a long lasting tan, but it really darkens 1-2 days after use, so be careful re-using. It also streaks, due to not seeing it go on. The odor also lasts for several days, even with frequent showering. I will not purchase again due to the odor and the streaking.

I'm Scotch-Irish and German and don't tan outdoors. I get tired of the cost and time for tanning beds. The orginal ones work well, the extended body-sized streaked. They don't last long if you use them 3-4 times a week. I wet them and resuse. Best product besides tanning bed I've ever tried, including all the sunless tanners and spray tan.

This stuff is the BEST, especially if you are fair-skined. I've been using it for several years and have several of my friends using it as well- who love it. It's so convenient! I take them with me if I am going away, just tuck one in your purse! Try these you will love them! C.
