My doctor had me on Ativan and Prozac to help with anxiety while flying. About two years ago I started seeing a Naturopathic, he is also an MD. He had me try Relora; he said give it about four to six weeks to notice a difference. It has been two years and I am able to fly again without any medication. Relora has solved my problem with not wanting to take those drugs. Overall, I think this product is pretty good. I've noticed much less stress-related eating and cravings. I've only used this for about 2 weeks, but I'm not displeased like some of the other writers. No jitteriness, like with some of those caffeine or ephedra-like products. We'll see how the rest of the supply goes.

For those who claim it does not work, try to increase the amount of capsules you take everyday. I have lost weight tremendously from using this product, and it has gotten me through some stressful times. I have taken 3 at once per day. I no longer crave sweets. I have purchased a bottle for my best friend to take and she loves it also.
