Bottom Line: not recommended

I got this product after I read it could help you wake up feeling refreshed in the morning. I have not seen any improvement yet after using it for a few weeks.

This product SIGNIFICANTLY reduced my anxiety. I used to have a terrible pulse of adrenalin all day. After 4 - 5 weeks of 3/day, I no longer have this awful feeling. I also sleep better. Now I just take 1/day. It is GREAT!!

After one week taking Relora, I was starting to get depressed. I didn't notice any change in hunger, but it did have a huge downing effect to my mood. I immediately stopped taking it and I was back to normal in a day or so. Not for me!

I am not really using this product for anxiety; I have found that for me, in the past two weeks that I have seen a noticeable difference in my weight. Currently, I am monitoring my weight, and learning to better use portion control with my meals, and this product has reduced those 'unnecessary' cravings between meals. I am in the process of ordering my second bottle.

This stuff is amazing! I've only been taking it for 10 days, and already I've noticed an enormous amount of energy, giving me the stamina to complete my workout, even after a tough day at the office! Also, my son is going through some things that would normally have me stressed and anxious, but I've been able to keep upbeat and a level head through his quasi-crisis.

I'm not a stressed person, however, my husband is. I found this a couple of years ago and it has been the only thing to help calm him without horrible side effects -- he can rest. Prescriptions made him more irritable and without sleep. I could see a huge difference in his personality and he was back to himself. A person MUST follow the instructions for it to be effective. Three times a day to be effective.
